ADDED PERKS / INFO:

Mug Club:

– Each mug is custom made and takes approx. 2-4 weeks for production
– Mug Club Memberships are only valid for primary member (i.e. only one person per mug club membership)
– Superfresh! is not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken mugs. (unless of course we break it while cleaning). Replacements are $25.
– Mug Club Membership is valid for one year by the calendar date (i.e. if you join on April 19th, 2015 your membership will be valid until April 18th, 2016)
– Joining at the Seed Level and want to be a mug club member? Since you already get your custom Zpots mug as a perk of joining, upgrade to Mug Club status for only $50 (the annual renewal rate for mug club membership).

Credit:

– Food credit ROLLS OVER if you don’t use it all each month, however you cannot use credit in advance.
– Memberships can be shared with couples, friends, & family members upon approval of primary purchaser.
– Credit is added for ALL members at the time of purchase and on the 1st of each month following for the duration of membership year (i.e. if you join as a SEED on April 19th, 2015 you will receive $25 on April 19th, and another $25 on the 1st of the month for each month following ending on the month of March 2016).

– Stay tuned for MEMBER MONDAY perks EVERY Monday! Some may be the same every week, while others may be a one-time occurrence!

About:

– Offering CSR Memberships is a way for us to raise capital, maintain a healthy cash flow as a start up, although we plan to continue offering it as we grow older, as we believe it is a wonderful way to stay engaged with (and build) our community and share our gratitude for your constant support.

REFUNDS:

– CSR Memberships are non-refundable.
